Help with Light Switch

I not great at electrics however just moved into a new house and the double light switch doesnt work.

I know the wires are wrong as normally the Com should have power .

Can anyone tell me the correct order that will be amazing

That's two switches.
How many lights are controlled by the switch(s), and where are they?
And if that's a metal faceplate, it should be earthed, at all times.

As it looks like the switch is on the stairs or landing, I'm guessing it should be wired as a two-way, just for the stair lights.

You may need to use a different L if the switch operates "upside down"

The Brown and Black wires should have Red sleeves to indicate that they are Switched Lives

Are there any earth conductors present ? If there are not, you can't use that metal switch.
 
Red to COM1 with a link to COM2
One black in L11. One black in L21

But, as above, you can’t fit a metal switch if there’s no Earth available for the front plate. You have to use plastic.
