I need some help with regards to a lighting circuit in my hallway.
I am changing the lighting switches - previously the spotlights were controlled by two-way switches and one intermediate in the middle.

I have accidentally bought 3 intermediate switches to replace them and they were quite expensive and I can't return them. Is there a way for my to set up a the lighting circuit with 3 intermediate switches instead?

Diagrams for me to understand appreciated!

Yes, you can use them.

Pretend one of the top terminals is common, and leave the other top terminal empty.

Use the bottom two terminals in the same way as the old switches.

(Where the old intermediate switch is, wire the new switch in the same way as the original one was done.)

Give us the terminal markings on the old switches and the new switches, and can give you a better description.
