Hello Folks,
Mum & Dad have "Markwik High Neck Pillar Taps" on their kitchen sink and the hot tap turns on too easily; i.e. it comes back on unless you really push it closed.
They had someone look at them but he left saying "I'll have to look it up" and never returned. Now I'm trying to DIM (do it myself!), but have not discovered how to take the tap tops off. Picking the "Hot" label off of the tap reveals what looks like a "nut" but there's no "corners" or slot visible to turn it.
Does anyone know how I can get the tap tops off without scratching them or ruining what is a very good (but expensive!) set?
Thanks in advance for your assistance!
