I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE ALARM . MY LITTLE BOY OPEN THE INSIDE DOOR AND THE ALARM WENT OFF AND IS SHOWS ON THE ALARM BOX AS NUMBER (2) THAT HAS A PROBLEM ,I HAVE TRIED PUTTING IN THE CODE TO RESET IT PUT THE ALARM GOSE OFF AND I HAVE ALSO TRIED THE HASH BUTTON TO RESET PUT STILL MAKES NO DIFFERNCE COULD YOU PLEASE HELP!

are you sure that a panic button has not been pressed ?
i had this once on a family members alarm, it appeared to be a pcb fault , bingo i was correct , this pannel is now discontinued. I fixed by restoring the panel to default values, get a company in and ask for a full default.
