Help with tile repairs

Afternoon all,

Hope you are all enjoying the weather today!

I have used this forum in the past for reference, however, this is my first post as a member

Could someone please advise what type of tiles are on the side of my property as I need to replace a few that have cracked:

I have tried searching various DIY stores, however, I don't actually know what I am looking for in terms of what type of tile I need (if at all?)

The colour doesn't matter as my neighbour as given me the colour matched paint used on his house.

They will be clay or concrete roofing tiles, not ceramic tiles.

Suggest you take on off and visit your local builders merchant to see what matches.

I have finally got round to doing this (well I now have to do it as one of the tiles has fallen out completely!)

I don't see how I am to nail the new tiles in place because the tiles above the broken tiles hide the nails. Do I have to remove the tiles right at the top and work my way down because they overlap each other?

Any advice welcome please, thank you!
