First thing we need to know is do you have more than one lighting mcb/rcbo?

Second you will need to establish if those two lights are on the same mcb/rcbo. The easiest way is to switch both lights onthen switch each mcb off in turn, if they go off seperately you have problems with this wifi switch

But your old switch is 2-gang 2-way.

So the new one does not have all the connections needed to work

As both @SUNRAY and @JohnD have said this switch is not a direct replacement for the old switch, I have the same problem, my landing and hall lights use the same switch plate, but not the same circuit, so I have used a relay at the light. This DSC_6061r.jpg relay allows you to add to an existing switch so your phone is used like a third switch or intermediate with the system, the wires at bottom are extra low voltage and detect a change in state, does not matter if open or closed, swapping between the two will turn light on if off, or off if on.

But you mount it at the lamp, so need room to mount it, and the relay lx-zbws2-03 in my case is zigbee, so also needs a zigbee hub to work with phone or tablet, and I have found the PC emulator (BlueStacks5) does not work very well and although I can switch light bulbs on/off with "smartlife" it does not like working the relay.

However Google Nest Mini's work well, and we rarely use the switch or phone any more. I mounted inside the lamp, lamp-landing_1.jpgbut on reflection would have been better in a box in the loft so I could access without removing and labelling all the dangling bits.

The load capacitor is often required when using electronic switches which don't need a neutral, specially when using small bulbs like G9, but some bulbs work OK without it, this pair G9-comp.jpgboth G9 the larger one did not need a load capacitor, the smaller one did, also the larger one no flicker when on, the smaller one there was, the load capacitor load-capacitor.jpgstops the light staying on dim, if light switches off, not required. The relay uses a neutral which is always available at the lamp, so no problem staying on dim or with flicker.

Although this may not be your exact model, the touch unit seems to be a generic one:

It appears that to use these modules as a two way switch, you need to have a second touch switch and modify your wiring, to include a 'communication wire'.
I'm afraid this isn't as straightforward as just duplicating the existing wiring connections.
