help with worcester boiler - no heating or hot water!

My worcester boiler isn't working - the low pressure light is on, and there is no hot water or heating. I can't see the pilot light, if there is one, as there is no pilot light button.
The pressure was at 1.5 but I increased it, and it is now 2.5 and the light is still on, and it isn't working.
Any help gratefully received! I will call a plumber out, but I wanted to know if there was anything I could do?

What model is it. Please supply more info if you want any help.

We only have one crystal ball to go round all of us here.

It will be a blocked low pressure switch and it'll be a 350 I bet.
