Please help!!
We have a real oak wooden floor which has begun to have air pockets underneath causing it to bounce and raise up. This has happened once before and last time it caused two boards to pop up into a point running across the whole room. We had the floor taken up and relayed but seems to be happening again. We had noticed the wall was quite tight against one wall so we trimmed some off but is now tight against main living room floor. If we trim some wood off that side too should it fix the problem? The floor is glued and we know it is not moisture as we had it checked alot after last time it happened. Help as is driving us nuts!!
