I have halstead finest boiler and recently what has started happening is the safty lockout light has started coming on when hot water is requested. The interesting thing is that the safty lockout light only seems to come on when hot water is requested from up stairs bathroom, normal request for hot water from the kitchen where boiler is is fine.
Water pressure is 1.5 bars, occasionally when central heating is turned on sometimes safty lockout light also comes on.
Safty lockout light is constant and not flashing.
Head reset of the power to boiler always cures the issue.
Over heat switch at bottom of boiler is not activated.
The pin that's check for for water flow and hot water request all appears to be working correctly.
Recommendation and suggestions would be appreciated.
