I know, I know, I know.

But it would be useful to have a rough idea so I can tell my old Mum to go ahead if she's happy or to say "that's very high".

So....

Large 4-bed semi. probably a total of 30-35m of guttering.

Complete replacement, new UPVC fascias and soffits, replace T&G boards under the roof of the porch (about 3m x 1m), normal number of downpipes.

Scaffolding to 3 sides of the house.

The company reckons 3 days for 2 men.

Going on what you've said I would say anything between £1500-£2500 IMO.

Alot riding on the location of the job, London being quite expensive.

Location is south Bucks.

No parking restrictions, legal or practical, anywhere near the house.

No access problems around the house for scaffolding.
