Hi guys new on his site, gloworm compact 100e, no HW

I have a gloworm compact 100e, had no hot water from it for about 6 months now. The heating is fine but doesnt give out hot water.

When you open a tap does the led next to the tap symbol light up ?

The flow switch on that model often fails to operate.

I would love to know how anyone waits for six months without hot water!

If that happened to me I would want it repaired the same day!

Firstly yes the led does light up, and it makes a sound as if it is going to start but nothing. thanks.
