Hide Electric Water Heater - ideas needed

Hi all, I have a wall mounted small water heater near the ceiling on the bathroom wall. It could be moved when I completely gut in there shortly but am wondering first of all if anyone has any ideas for 'camaflaging' it. It is situated directly above the toilet in the centre of a wall which is no wider than both arms outstretched when sat on loo. Difficulty is that one wall comes out deeper than the other (2 tiles deep v 4 tiles) and I think a 'fake' cupboard built around it could look a little strange, but then how to extend? Any suggestions please?

p.s. the boiler extends/sticks out by approx 3 tiles in depth and there are 2.5 tiles on either side of it. Cheers.
