When it comes to making picture frames without using glue - be it where each side is cut at 45 degrees or four non-agled pieces of wood like this:
I assume you would use screws to fix the pieces together but is there a way to achieve this without having the screws visible?
I've assembled flat pack furniture before that come with small, wooden pellets that you coat with glue and then insert into holes routed in two pieces of wood - would this be viable? How do you make holes - in the separate pieces of wood - in exactly the same place so that the pieces line up perfectly?
Cheers
