Hi,

Trying to find a solution for our en suite. Most spigots centre at 180mm high on all the toilets I can find. We are installing an en suite in a confined space. The problem we have is that the exit through the wall for the toilet waste has the steel running by it. Thus to avoid it, the centre of the spigot needs to be 215mm high (probably more like 205mm high after sitting on a tile) rather than the standard 180mm high.

Option 1: Build a plinth to put the toilet on. I feel this might look a bit rubbish?
Option 2: Get a wall mounted toilet. I think this will be a bit pricey and the wall is a dormer conversion wall so is very thin. I worry about the toilet frame exerting pressure on the wall which could cause issues for the tiles that will be put up.
Option 3: any ideas?

I guess what i'm looking for is some advice on it. There isn't another way to route it. To tie it into the stack its got to go out that way, can't go through the floor else not enough drop to get to the stack.

Thanks for the help!

Raise the whole floor - but mind the step @ the door ?
Thanks, did think of that too but got quite a low ceiling, whoever designed the loft conversion didn't do a great job!
