Hinge adjustment on Upvc doors

Hi.
My front door a Upvc unit has the usual 3 hinges with 3 udjusting screws in each. what I need to know is how to adjust the door properly so it fits tight against the frame. The door is about 12 years old and has never been adjusted and is quite draughty
