Hinge-down tray or shelf under wall cabinets

I've seen a shallow tray, such as you might keep kitchen knives in, that is fixed to the bottom of wall cabinets and hinges down and forward, maybe about 45 degrees.

I don't know the correct name to search for it or what sort of hinge to use. I have some sprung upward-hinges for top boxes doors, but they are much too big for such a shallow tray.

Any ideas?

But, fifty quid a pair? I'll see what others I can find, armed the the correct name.
