Hinge pin movement

We have a door where the hinge pin keeps rising through the hinge.

Why, and can it be stopped.

Fed up with getting the hammer out every fortnight!

Thought I posted this a while ago but no sign so please excuse if it turns up twice!

How about a spot of superglue on the top 1/8" of the pin before tapping in assuming it has no oil on it.
Otherwise a blob of epoxy on the bottom of the pin/hinge

pull it out and push it in the bottom thats assuming its a loose pin hinge ??
