Hip and Ridge Ventilation for loft conversion

Hi, Doing a loft conversion and have been advised that Ridge and also Hip Ventilation is required.

Currently have large heavy clay half round tiles and would like to keep these if possible. Are there any systems available that would allow these tiles to be kept? Also any ideas of the costs involved for installation in Manchester area? Thanks in advance. Steve.

redland rapid hip may work with those ridge tiles

Thanks for the reply. Would you use the 'rapid hip' system on the ridge as well? Just looked at the 'rapid ridge' system and it uses spacers and clips between the ridge tiles so might not be suitable, hence the question about using the 'rapid hip' on the ridge.
