He guys. I purchased a Hitachi power drill around 18 months ago. It came with two battery packs and was fine. Not used it since and having tried to use it today it's not working using either battery. Having tried to charge both nothing is happening. The manual says the red light will start to blink when they are charges after 30 minutes. Well it blinks after about a minute. Any ideas if this is a battery fault of the drill.
