Hive (or similar) compatabilty.

Hello,i would like to find out if the hive (or similar) control system will work with this boiler.

Powermax 155x with built in programmer, hot water needs to be selected for radiators to work.

I believe its a thermal store type of boiler.

You can connect the new controller between terminals 27 and 28, according to the wiring diagram. This should currently be occupied by the room thermostat.

I'd recommend an Evohome WiFi base unit, which is far more advanced and flexible than Hive. On this you would use terminals A and B on the Evo relay BDR91, to 27 and 28.
