i am soon to be converting my garage into a room for my business as a sports massage therapist.
In terms of the flooring, i have a dilemma.the concrete slab is level with the whole garage, but as i am taking out the garage door and putting a course of 3 bricks, to install french windows, i am going to be putting down some celotex and screeding or boarding over the top (not decided yet)
This means that the floor will be level with the french door opening, where the garage door used to be, but the side door that i will be using, there will be a step up into the garage due to the new floor height
any ideas on what i can do to try and make it level?
or can i have a bit of a step down as i walk in through the french doors, so to make it level with the garage door and side door?
cheers
