Hole in Brickwork for a 40mm Waste Pipe.

I need to drill a hole for a 40mm waste pipe through my cavity walls.

What's the quickest way to do this and what do I need? (Must be available from Screwfix or similar tomorrow!)

Tradesmen have commented that our walls are super strong so I really don't want to be chiseling it out by hand.

A core drill and diamond tooth bit. Screwfix sell them.
