Hi All,

I have just moved into a new property and noticed whilst up on a ladder this hole to the side of the lead roof (above a bay window).

Annoyingly it is somewhat new, but a tile must have fallen on it. Any suggestions on how to patch it?

There are no water leaks inside the property. I presume because it's covering the outer wood trim, but still needs to be addressed.

can you ease it up a bit and get some plastic or rubber membrane underneath it so any dampness is kept off the wood - then you could may be just fashion back into shape with a hammer and other tools so it looks ok - any drops getting trough will be turned by the membrane.

80s scalloped lead than God that trends gone.
Best repair would be a section of lead underneath then dress it back down.
Ideally lead burnt back together or soldered would do or fill with leadseal at a push.
