Home alarm module re-programming

Hello,

Gotten from a friend a Detection System (now Bosh) an older DS-7090, he does not remember the access codes (we tried many).
Is there a way to reset it to some kind of factory default? I have the user manual, but it does not reference any way to accomplish this. Alarm companies will re-set it and then charge a monthly monitoring fee which I do not need or care for.
