Hi

I've been asked to look into getting some sort of home automation installed in my boss' new home.

His requirements are just lighting and blinds/curtains and he would like to be able to control them via his iPad or iPhone when on holiday.

Does any one here have any experience in setting this up, or what to look out for?

How timely!

Lutron recently launched an iPAD & iPhone app for their Homeworks automation kit.

EDIT: Not sure about remote iPad access. I know it all works in the home through the Wi-Fi. And think it does also over 3G, you'll need to check.
