Presenters Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander , give me a great sense of comfort knowing they are out there as a couple living life to the full an making money on other peoples mortgage downfall/miseries lol

seriously though ....I really like this show ..lol....

1) People are going to default on their mortgages and lose their homes whether or not there is a ready market for repo auctions.

2) When they do, they'd probably find things a lot worse if the mortgager was unable to easily sell the property.

Speeking of house auctions i sold my house on tuesday through a auction

its a great way to sell a property an you can get above the market value too ...on reserve .. my old nan died an we got a fair bit on her house , only a few years ago it was a slum bad sink estate 2 up 2 down terrace worth 18 K

but Manc council regenerated the area , tram link ..
we got 60 k
