Honeywell Accenta Tamper

Hi,

I have a similar issue,

I have a Honeywell Accenta Gen4 with LCD keypad, had the tamper fault go off, but i have the metal rings in the both the TAMP, but still going off, ive opened the box and pushed down on the tamper spring and it resets the alarm and enter in the engineer & personal code to reset, but then it goes off again, does the bell alarm outside have a separate tamper fault, as will need to get the ladder out?

Suggest you start a new thread.
Post photo of pcb with links fitted.
Could be other tamper issue but need to see PCB, bell tamper, rkp tamper etc.
