Honeywell Frost Protection wiring

I have a Vaillant eco.TEC pro 24, I have fitted a Siemens RF timer and temperature controller and now need to fit a Honeywell Frost protection kit K42008628-001, I have fitted the timer wiring to the RT 24 this is 24volt this works.

I need to connect the wire from the frost stat and pipe stat to the boiler it's 230v +, do I connect to the RT 230 v AC next to the main supply?

How can I check the frost stats now as it is not freezing?

Will the frost stat work even if the room stat's or timer are off?

This boiler has a built in frost protection.

yes but the pipes in the garage where the boiler is could freeze, so I have put a pipe stat on the return.

Yes but no but.....

The boiler has two stage frost protection (using the pump, and then the burnner if necessary) and is apparently in the same space as the pipes you are protecting.......
