honeywell products v5069D M676A AQ6000

I have a CH/HW primary circuit which heats flow to a honeywell V5069D mixing valve. HW and towel rails heat ok on 2 way valved circuits.
M676A head sits on V5069D valve and governs water temp to u/f heating manifolds but none are working. System also has programmer and control box with wiring box. Prog shows no "Fault" errors but manifolds do not heat.
Does anyone know how to test each part of this system?

Have a look at the Honeywell Website, you can download a pdf on the AQ6000 Control system, which should help you

The AQ6000 is now obsolete and Honeywell no longer make anything compatible

I have done that already but there is no worthwhile material in there to help. Hence desperate post
Have contacted Honeywell by email but noone knows product.
Will have to replace with new type
