The Honeywell terminals from the diagram below are:

full

It's difficult to see in your photo where the wires are connected, I can't see a wire in terminal 4 so assume the thermostat is only being used to control heating and not cooling then the connections required are:

2=L
3=Heating Switched Live (Heating on)
6=N

Assuming that the existing thermostat has been wired correctly. Please check this with a multimeter first to be sure.

Honeywell L=New Stat L
Honeywell N=New Stat N
Honeywell 3= New Stat 2

The new stat requires an additional link between L and 1

Here in the UK, green / yellow wires should have a brown sleeve on to identify when they are being used as live connections

It looks like twin and earth to me so the bare CPC(earth wire) should not be used as a live conductor and should be connected to earth at the other end even though it is not required for the thermostat.

That's one thing - but having done that to then sleeve it with green/yellow is just idiotic.

Ok. Sorry my mistake.
It appears not to be twin&earth but single wires.
So it is ok to sleeve the Green/Yellow with Brown as it is a Live conductor.

So, as Stem has said -

The T6360C does not have an anticipator as it designrd to b used with a thermal actuator. It would help if we knew what type of heating system the OP has.
