Honeywell valve

Evening all, I was wondering if any of you folks had come across a Honeywell v5096d rotary mixer valve with m676 actuator. Been asked to have a quick look at one today whilst in a kitchen. the valve is leaking from the spindle. Do you know if this can be repacked or is it away with the old.Honeywell were closed by time got home so thought i'd ask here.
