Hoover dxa48w3 Washing machine with E09 fault code

Hi all,

I have the above washing machine with the E09 fault code. Following guidance online I bought a replacement board and fitted it, but this hasn't solved the problem. Is the anything else anyone might suggest?

Possibly this https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/foru...522-hoover-vision-hd-vhd9143-80-error-code-09 might help with checking the motor also that the brushes are not worn down or sticking in the holders. Sometimes control boards are used in several models & need programming for your individual model, unfortunately this is not a diy job & I am not sure if this will need doing with your model. May well be new machine job rather than throwing any more money at it.
