Hi, I don't know if anyone can help me.But I am carrying out the required lime scale cleaning program as it suggested on my Hoover washing machine app.The program says forty-four minutes , but when it starts it displays one minute.

Any idea what the problem is?Because I have tried turning it off and on again , but still does the same thing

Just gets stuck on 0:01 for whole time unless you stop it yourself

Not familiar with your washer but you could try this process and see if it has any effect.
