Hoover HCA391FFK fridge freezer, fridge not cooling.

Hi, my fridge part is not cooling, freezer is fine, fan is running.
Been told could be 'vent from freezer to fridge' blocked but I dont know where this vent is, any ideas please.

you need to unplug and defrost for 24 hrs as the vent is internal

so it may be full off ice and need 20 hours to melt

Hi, yes I think you may be right, gonna give it a try, so freezer emptied to in-laws and fingers crossed.
