My Hoover Nextra 6 washing machine keeps stopping its cycle before the clothes are rinsed or spun. The Door Lock light remains on. I have checked and cleaned the filter and tried smaller and smaller loads but it is happening all the time. Any ideas, just wondered if this was a common problem?
