hoover not spinning

hi thanks for viewing this!
our hoover performa wa110 has stopped spinning. everything else seems to be ok. can anyone help? all help is very much appreciated!
i don't know anything about washing machines so if you answer this, please put it in simple terms! thanks!

motor probably needs new motor brushes or call engineer
