Hoover Performa Flashing Lights?

Hi

My washing machine has developed a fault. It has two lights flashing and won't start. The lights are the Start LED and the Pre Wash LED. I think this is some kind of fault code, does anybody know what it means?

What is the model number and how many times do the led's flash before pausing?

Hi

Its a Hoover Performa Plus, Mod number PPW166-80. Washer Dryer.

It flashes 5 times then a 10 sec gap then repeats over and over again.

When you select any program it makes a few noises the door lock light comes on, then after a couple of seconds I here a clik, and the lights flash (start LED and Pre Wash LED).

Any ideas what it is????

Please help quick cos the wife is wants a new one!!!

heater fault just need replace heat element easy job

Found the fault, it was the control module.
