Hoover Quattro AA230 - Not draining

Hi all,
Has anyone experienced a draining problem on the Hoover Quattro AA230? Reading other posts here, it may be a blocked pump or perhaps an electronic problem. There was also water on the floor on some occasions. Any help you can give is appreciated.
