Hoover Quattro door won\\\'t open

Please help. I have no manual for my Hoover Quattro 1300 and the door won\\\'t open although the washing cycle has been completed. Thanks.

Sorry to see there's no response as we are having the exact same problem. My friend's door handle broke off her Hoover New Wave and she has no way of opening it!
