Hi! I\\\'m a desperado right now 
! After calling hoover engineers out on 2 occassions during the 3 year warranty(they\\\'ve replaced drum,drum housing,mountings,counter balances,etc).Warranty is now up an i developed other problem ...No power seems to be getting to the machine.. :: (occasionally,the light seems to come on and then off within a split second,as if the machine its self is trippin,but with no effect to the mains fuse.).I\\\'ve checked the fuse, cable and placed driver into door lock to see if the contact with that is faulty.all seems o.k ..Getting desperate now as single dad with 3 very dirty kids .. cheers.
