Hoover TV630 Tumble Dryer

Hi

I have a problem when starting the machine.
Press the start button and there is a buzzing noise. The machine will work whilst you have your hand on the button but stops as soon as you release.

I understand that there is a relay/pcb with this machine which I suspect to be a fault but wanted to check if anybody can confirm this or knows of some other reason.

Small circuit board attached to top front rail. Very likely that this is the cause of the problem.
