Error code E11 appears after I start the washing machine. Currently, clothes are sat in machine full of water. I don't know what's wrong and error code will not go if restart cycle. Only had this machine 8 mths.
Interesting. Drained water through hose at bottom. Cleaned filter (although wasn't dirty or blocked). Set to synthetics cycle, still error e11. Removed wet clothes. Set cycle to cotton... Started working.
Although the cycle completed it completed with an e07 error code. Putting washing back in and setting to synthetics cycle. Started and still going. So far so good... don't know why e07 has come up.
If the machine is only 8 months old why bother messing around with it yourself? You ought to have 12 months warranty on a new washer, call the shop where you bought it & explain the problem. Another thing...are you sure about the model number? i.e. that it isn't vhw966dp instead of vhw996dp???
An E7 error on a Hoover washer signals that the motor/drum is jammed or the motor tacho is defective. An E11 error is usually confined to Hoover washer/dryers.
