Hoover Washer/Dryer Problems

I have a Hoover HNWL7136 Nextra 6 Washer/Dryer and just over the last week or so its decided to stop after using the liquid to clean the clothes and leaving the softner in the drawer.

I have checked the filter and there's nothing there also the outlet pipe too. Any advice would be appreciated
