My Hoover Washing Machine, which is about 12/13 years old will not drain the water out of the bowl. I am not sure which model it is as the writing is no longer present on the front of the machine. Any advice would be helpful.

Blocked or faulty drain pump.
Lower the waste pipe into a bowl and drain the water out then check for blockages in the pump.
