Is there any main difference between vertical and horizental unvented system apart from their shape ?
I was reading online and quite a few people mentioned that horzental unvented cylinder is not as good as vertical. The bigger the volume, the bigger the issue with mixing and temperature stratification. The hot water rises to the top, the cold water goes in at the bottom - that just works so much better with a vertical cylinder than a horizontal cylinder.
Telford says that theirs matches the performance of a vertical tank. Is there any truth in that or is it just marketing?
