Hi all

I am trying to adjust the lateral positioning of an external upvc door

From doing some research, most doors appear to have grub screws on the inside of the hinge, allowing the front cap/fascia to be popped, thereby giving access to the adjustment screw.

However, on these doors, there are no such fixings on the ear, and there is no obvious way to prise the cap off. I don't want to butcher it.

Does this require a special tool?

Thanks, the video makes it look easy.

Using a flat edge screwdriver, I've managed to depress that "springy" tab in the middle, but the cover still won't budge.
Tried tapping the end of the screwdriver gently with a hammer but no joy.
