Hormann Promatic Garage door

Hi all,

I have just moved to a house that has a Hormann Promatic remote controlled garage door. It was working fine until we had the house rewired. Now the door doesnt open even though the motor is running ie. the chain mechanism is responding to the remote control.

Please can anyone give ma any advice on this.

If the belt mechanism is running, but the door isn't moving, then it sounds like the manual release handle may have been pulled and not re-engaged. Press the green button on the trolley, then operate the door. It should engage on its way past.
