Hi all,

Decided to paint the bathroom floor (had that horrible, pimply blue surface you get in most new builds) white, so bought some good anti-slip floor paint that is for both indoor and outdoor use.

First coat - disaster! Not too concerned that I can still see the blue, another coat will cover it, but where the brush strokes are you can see the sandy aggregate stuff, it looks like waves of sand in the paint, it's horrible! :(

Scared to put another coat on in case it makes it worse.

Any ideas out there? What am I doing wrong?
