I need to get a hot and cold supply across a room which has no ceiling space available.

Only thing is the room is going to have underfloor heating. I would like to run the hot and colds within the floor before the screed is laid but would like to avoid excessive heat transfer getting to the cold supply via the UFH and hot supply. I can insulate the supplies but I was interested if there was an additional method of protection which you have seen used before, or if anyone else has done this before?

If you use the higher grade of pipe insulation on both pipes and make sure that on entering and leaving screed the pipes are taped to avoid contact with the cement, that should suffice since the UHF is low output heat as well.

Thanks for the advice
