Hot&cold roof

I have a new bungalow that has a vented roof hence hot in summer and cold in winter.
I want to put a model railway in the loft and wondered the best ,and most cost effective way to create a large insulated box for me and the layout. The loft floor has been decked with chipboard over 8" Rockwool the roof has a grey moisture barrier under tile but the breeze up there is something else Help please

Celotex cut to shape and fitted onto the inside of the rafters with long screws

When I looked at Celotex on the web Kingspan also seems to be mentioned is there any difference??

No none I would do exatly as you suggested and leave the roof well alone and build yourself what is essentially a well insulated room within your loft.
